VIEMME and its partners are committed to volunteering and long-term support programmes in South Africa and India, focused on people in need. Business success only makes sense when it opens doors for others — so alongside our consulting work we invest time and resources into education, community projects and the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Scholarships & education
We partner with local organisations to fund school and vocational scholarships for young people whose families would otherwise not be able to afford it. Education is the most reliable path we know to a better future, and each scholarship is a concrete step toward it.
Backing young entrepreneurs
Alongside education, we help finance small ventures started by young founders in the communities we support. Micro-grants, mentoring and business fundamentals help turn a good idea into an income — for the founder, their family and their neighbours.
Volunteering on the ground
Where we can, we go there. Team members and partners spend time on site working directly with the communities we support — because impact starts with listening, and long-lasting relationships need to be built in person, not just funded from afar.
Long-term, low-noise commitment
We prefer patient support over one-off donations. Programmes are chosen for their ability to keep giving results over years — school terms, business cycles, personal growth — and are followed up so that the impact is real, not advertised.
Working with local communities
In South Africa we focus on educational programmes for children and young adults in townships and rural areas — supporting schools, learning materials and access to training pathways that lead to real employment.
Education and small enterprise
In India our support mixes scholarships for students and micro-financing for young entrepreneurs, so that talent isn't wasted for lack of a starting push. We rely on trusted local partners who know the ground and the people.
